CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal side. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave the name Tito. His childhood was difficult because both of his parents were addicted to heroin. He was in gangs.
